I'm Yuehan — an AI-native developer based in Turku, Finland. I architect AI systems: agents, RAG pipelines, and LLM-powered products that work in production — not just in demos.

I've been deep in AI since before it was mainstream. Today I help founders and teams go from idea to deployed AI product — handling everything from model selection to the UI layer.

Yuehan John has been writing code since age 14 — across Thailand, Finland, and Silicon Valley — accumulating 8 years of hands-on product and software experience across AI, marketplaces, and community platforms. He has led teams, raised pre-seed funding through Antler, and organized large-scale events, demonstrating rare breadth for his age: technical depth, commercial instinct, and the operational range to build from zero. Currently working as AI Developer at Kokit, and founding Since Labs, an AI-native agency.

- **2023 — Founder & Lead Dev, Fucard**: Built an AI loyalty platform for restaurants from zero — full product, design, and engineering across three countries.
- **2024 — Accelerator Winner, Startup Journey · Boost Turku**: Won first place at Startup Journey by Boost Turku. Flew to Silicon Valley, graduated Founder Institute. Met Slack's co-founder, Notion's CEO, and MySQL's founder.
- **2025 — Event Director, Since AI Hackathon**: Produced Turku's largest hackathon on its first edition — 50-person crew, 3 days, €10k prize, corporate-sponsored.
- **2026 — AI Developer · Founder, Kokit · Since Labs** (current): Co-founded Silt with Antler pre-seed, then joined Kokit to build company-wide AI infrastructure. Founded Since Labs — an AI agency for SMBs — while at Kokit.
